Working to understand the relationship between architectural excellence and neurodivergence (sensory over and underloads), to understand what going ‘beyond the minimum’ looks like.

Co-design processes should be occurring with a variety of user groups at every stage of the design process. Rather than dictating how to design for everyone, engagement should be prioritised to develop inclusive environments and products that people want to use and feel ownership of.
